Joe Ro now 100%

After 10 long and beautiful years in business as Joe coffee(July 17, 2003!!), and brewing some truly great beans from Barrington Coffee, Ecco and Intelligentsia, we made the transition to self-roasting yesterday! If you haven't been following the gradual transition that began about a year ago when we started offering some of our self-roasted Single Origin beans, there is an interesting article in the New York Times from July 31 Dining Section about Joe and Pulley Collective, the cooperative roasting facility in Red Hook started by our dear friend Steve Mierisch.
The coffees, which you can buy on this website, have been tasting great! Come try them yourself soon.
