Every month at joe, each and every barista and bit (barista in training) must take a class to further their coffee education. there are many subjects to choose from, like advanced latte art, meeting coffee farmers, and in this case how to use a kalita manual coffee brewer. much like the hario v60, this brewer can be more user-friendly and fool-proof, but still requires skill, namely slow and careful pouring. They are great for home use and travel!
