Jessica Carei
Jessica was born and bred in the shadow of Colorado's Rocky Mountains and landed in New York four years ago to study in the shadow of New York's buildings. While abroad in Florence, a crochety Italian barista named Roberto Macellino forced her to drink "espresso magnifico." Upon her return, she immediately set about find a great shot of espresso in New York and found Joe. The hours she spent with her computer at Waverly helped her acquire two amazingly practical degrees from NYU in 2009: Journalism and Medieval and Renaissance Studies. As a thanks for the hours of table time, she decided to help out behind the counter. While not doused in coffee, Jessica is either reinventing the American novel, making black and white photos, speaking Italian, or perpending GRE lexemes. You'll find her at the front of the line at GCT.
