Emelyne Smith
Emelyne Smith hails from the glorious state of New Jersey, and started working as the manager of Joe on W. 23rd St. in September 2009. Prior to her big move to New York, Emelyne studied journalism at The College of New Jersey, and worked as a supervisor at Small World Coffee in Princeton, where her fiery passion for the bean was ignited. Besides making coffee, Emelyne enjoys food, travel, writing about food and travel, dancing like there's no tomorrow, thinking about hedgehogs, and watching Hulu.com until her brain hurts.
