Britta Wolfrum
Britta Wolfrum, though not heiress to the Britta water purifier fortune, is worth her weight in gold to Joe regulars in Chelsea Joe. Britta grew up in a place called Wyomissing, Pa. She studied writing, literature and publishing at Emerson College. Britta is a singer-songwriter in the Alt-Country tradition (Y’allternative), and recorded her first album in Nashville this year. Ms. Wolfram has been imbibing coffee since the age of 14 and likes to create her own recipes with names like “The Bruce Lee” (4 shots in a 12-ounce Americano), “The Britta” (3 shots in a small iced latte), and the “Fred Astaire” (a very elegant 3 shot 12-ounce Americano). Britta would like to send out a “Britta” to her favorite musician, Lyndsey Buckingham
