Brendan Mullaly
Brendan was born under the cloudy skies of Seattle in 1981. His first espresso experience was from his parents' ancient espresso machine, trying with little success to coax the old beast into producing good coffee. Brendan moved to Santa Fe to study classics, and there worked for a coffee shop/roaster that specialized in the Dutch roasting method. After moving to New York to study philosophy, Brendan soon found himself drinking and then making Joe coffee. Along with philosophy and coffee, Brendan loves cooking, wine, flora, and myriad nerd related activities. Brendan’s favorite beans are the espresso blend and the Kenyan single origin. His favorite drinks are a macchiato and a wee americano. Brendan works at Waverly Joe.
