Rose-Emma Lunderman
Rose-Emma Lunderman would never have guessed a year and a half ago that she'd be with the awesome people of Joe. Born and raised in the not-so-faraway land of Syracuse (you'll notice the endearing Upstate twang in her voice... yes it's endearing!), she moved to Brooklyn innocent and doe-eyed, where she picked up her first portafilter and fell in love. Coffee has always been a staple, but now it is a lifestyle. On any given day her drink of choice changes, but recently she has found herself head over heels with the Guatamalan San Juan, roasted by none other than Joe! She can't wait to taste all of the amazing coffee to come. When not behind the bar on the Upper West, you can find her on stage, working on a new project with Theatre as Advocacy, in which she is a partner, eating an avocado, not at the gym, being almost six feet tall, or snuggling up with Sebastian, her cat.
