Laura Hwang
Laura is a California girl, born and bred. She has lived and been schooled all over the country. With a couple of music degrees under her belt, she uses it to make the best coffee possible. You can usually find her behind the bar at Joe Grand Central, although she's been known to make guest appearances at other Joe's. When she's not pouring her heart into your cup, she likes to stretch out on her yoga mat, make cookies, and practice her new instrument, the ukelele. She dreams of having a dog someday soon.
