Esther Yoon
Esther wears many hats. When not at Joe, she’s probably working at one of her other jobs as a researcher, teacher, and writer. Esther was born and raised in Chicago, but spent most of the last decade living in San Francisco. Her coffee obsession began as a regular at Ritual in the Mission and the Blue Bottle tent at the Ferry Building Farmers Market, where she suspects she may have run into Joe barista Sam Sobolewski. Now, she’s a grad student and works at Joe Columbia, helping the Morningside Heights community stay caffeinated and wide awake.
