David Castillo
David grew up traveling extensively, and has lived across Southeast Asia, South Africa, and the American South. He first started drinking coffee as a remedy for jetlag, and became hooked in college, where he sustained himself on mediocre dining hall coffee and Klondike Choco Tacos while studying both music and international relations. When not serving drinks and shooting the breeze at Joe Grand Central, David can be found playing music, riding bikes, eating snacks, and watching the Yankees dominate the AL East.
Before arriving at Joe, David worked as a bike messenger, a subpoena server, and as an assistant director for a Singaporean TV miniseries. He once received an offer to appear on Judge Joe Brown.
