Anna Utevsky
Anna Utevsky, an avid watcher of American Football, lover of seasonal doughnuts, seller of fine cheeses, reader of literature, aspiring writer of novels, and worker of the early shift, joins Joe on the Upper West Side after a long relationship as a customer in the West Village. Becoming a Barista is the second act in her epic culinary tragicomedy as she makes an escape from the sweaty and lucrative kitchens of the restaurant industry to delight in the glamour of a life in coffee. During her down time, Anna can be found digging for clams on Long Island and spoiling her two dogs, Mochi and Adzuki, with love and fine foods.
