Amy Hattemer
Amy’s love of coffee truly came to form when she lived in Rome for six months; she still dreams of afternoons with granita di caffé in the square adjacent to the Pantheon. Amy’s coffee education, however, began while working as a barista in the sleepy seaside town of Akaroa, New Zealand. There she was trained by the owner of the boutique roastery Hummingbird Coffee. She is now back in NY hoping to perfect her barista skills at Joe, where she is the manager of Grand Central Joe. Amy is also a mean actress, and she tears it up around NYC.
