Originally from Taiwan, Amy likes to use that as an excuse for things which may or may not actually be legit. She loves the smell of coffee and has wanted to work in the industry for a decade but it’s never worked out… until one fine day in April when she saw the hiring sign while ordering at Joe Columbia. She’s currently completing graduate studies in nutrition. She hopes to finish school one day and have more time for coffee and spacing out, her two hobbies.
